So we're on the same page!

No pun intended! ;) My goal is to make everything smooth and stress-free. Fill out this questionnaire to the best of your ability and feel free to leave blank anything that does not apply to you.

I send this form and information to all clients to keep the information I need organized and also to guide you into getting the best images and experience.

In order to give you that, be sure to read the following points.

Invitations and bride's details

Please be sure to bring your entire set of invitations for photographs and have both sets of wedding rings available at the bridal getting ready location.

Ask your Maid of Honor to lay the following out for me, so that it's ready to go when I get there: your garters, rings, invitations, veils, other jewelry, shoes, and to point out any significant item you would like photographed that I would otherwise not know is special (a custom chandelier hung at your venue for example).

Reception details

After formal photos, I will run to the reception to get details shots. Please be sure to let your guests know that they should not enter the reception site. I will try my best to make this part super fast (15-20 mins max) and let everyone enjoy themselves!

Getting ready photos

It's hard to not have your getting ready suite look like a tornado hit it the day of the wedding, but that's what bridesmaids are for! ;) I know that you've probably been doing this alone for the most part, but don't be afraid to delegate. Your bridesmaids love you and want your day to be awesome, too, so teach them how!

Kindly ask your bridesmaids to keep the getting ready suite neat and tidy the day of the photos and to clean up before I get there. Your photos will look a gazillion times better if there's not tons of clutter or trash in the background.

Alternatively, if your bridal suite is very dark + cluttered, keep in mind that we can get you fully dressed and I will find the perfect spot for you to have beautifully lit getting ready photos outside.

Formal photos

Below is a list of the formals I usually get, so if there's more you want to add, be sure to list the combinations + names.

Also, if there will not be a first look, please choose one organized (aka bossy) member of your family or bridal party to assist me during formal portraits so that I can quickly line everyone up and snap the picture! This family member should make sure that the wedding party + family members that will be in the formal pictures does NOT leave the ceremony area to go to cocktail hour. The faster we get through formals, the faster everyone can party!! :)

Only with your permission...

The wedding vendors love to have images that help showcase their work as it helps their small businesses greatly. I try to take care of everyone on the team by providing them with free images to use as they'd like. With your permission, I would love to share the gallery with them.
